Under the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) funding is provided by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services for eligible younger people (people aged under 65 and Aboriginal people aged under 50 with complex needs and not eligible for NDIS funding) to receive services and support for their assessed needs.
